1. When will my order ship from Soitis?

About 2 working days to process your order, and then ship them from Soitis.

2. Who will deliver my order and how quickly will I receive it?

Standard Delivery Service: 

Transit time: 6 to 10 business days from date of shipment (Monday-Friday, holiday's are not business days)
Delivery provided by: YunExpress
No guaranteed weekend deliveries
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guamand APO/FFO addresses may take longer (free shipping not available for Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and Alaska)

Expedited Delivery Service: 

Transit time: 3 to 5 business days from date of shipment (Monday-Friday, holiday's are not business days)
Delivery provided by: FedEx, UPS, or DHL
No guaranteed weekend deliveries
PO Box delivery not available but can be used for a billing address

3.International Shipping 

We do offer international shipping at Soitis. The countries we ship to are listed below and note that shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

1) The destination country might impose tax or duty charges before releasing the package to you. So you need to pay them.
