Living with Intention
Maybe no one will read this article, but I wanted to share it anyway. If you're reading it, I hope this is helpful to you.
After some rest, relaxation and reflection this year, I have chosen the intention of healing and inspiration. Now, as I go through my days, I think about what I can do to heal and inspire myself and those around meĀ and allow myself to live with these intentions. I remember what my loved ones have taught me and choose these words to help honour and celebrate their extraordinary lives.
In order to start living your life the way you want to, here are some things to try to implement.
1.Write it in a conspicuous place where you can see it every day.
2.Find quotes that help you express your intentions and write them down as well.
3.Ask yourself what daily, weekly and monthly habits would support this intention?
4.Share it with others and encourage them to share their intentions in return.
5.Each month, write down how you live your life.
6.Create a mantra that you repeat to yourself every morning and every night before you go to bed. It can be as simple as "I am a healer" or "I live in peace".
7.Ask others how they think you can accept your intentions for new ideas.
If you need to, change your intentions! The most important thing is that it should work for you.
Remember, the goal of being purposeful is to have an anchor point to come back to when everything else feels confusing. It is not something that should put extra pressure on you that you have to accomplish, but something you can focus on with purpose and the light of a purposeful life.
From one grieving soul to another, I am grateful that you are spending this time with me to deepen your connection with your extraordinary loved one and to move forward in life with intention.
